1. As a reminder, all damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be informed within 3 days after the goods get in destination. Otherwise, return claims may be delayed and/or rejected.
2. No merchandise may be returned under any circumstances unless said merchandise is defective.

4. Pictures for defective parts must also be received along with claims. Failure to do so may forfeit your privilege to return/exchange the products.

For most products, which price from US$5 to US$20, items come with a 6 months warranty UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, in the first 3 months, if merchandise is found to be quality defective, free replacement will be offered and shipped by sea or shipped along with next orders in original shipping method, the extra freight will be bear at our account.
